I thought I would give a quick update on everything. Mandy and Knox are home and doing well. Her breathing is good they just need to keep her clear of any infections for the next several weeks. She weighed 6 lbs 2oz and 19 inches long. Carson is starting to like her new sister a little more each day. She had a great week with her MiMi while Mandy and Gable were down at Vanderbilt. She and MiMi shopped shopped and shopped. I still don't have any pictures of Knox yet, I hope to get some soon now that she is home.

I am back on the Weight Watcher train which is torture as I watch Ken eat a pizza as an appetizer before dinner. We will have to have our physicals updated this summer and I would like to weigh less than I did last summer. Ken doesn't seem to be concerned. If any one can give me some Weight Watcher tips that would be great. I have gotten addicted to Power Pops. There is nothing new on China :( Just please pray the referrals pick up some speed. Ken and I plan on going to The Bahamas this summer and hopefully Chicago so that should keep us busy. We always toy with the idea of going back to San Francisco in the fall.
