I was so excited when I opened my mailbox I had to share.......
Wishes 57,58,and 59

These latest wishes are from my best best friend, her mom and brother. I have been apart of their family since I was 16 years old and Anick and I still talk on the phone three days a week for hours at a time about nothing. Some of the best conversations! Ken still wonders where I all my cell minutes go! I have traveled all over with her Italy, California, Arizona, Florida, New York, and Boston. My next stop is Miami:)

Anick will be graduating Law School in May and Ken and I are so happy for her. I feel like I have been with her every step of the way papers, exams, presentations:) We are definitely friends who feel each others ups and downs. We call on the most important things in our lives (exams, paperwork, fertility procedures) and we also call just to discuss the latest Laguna Beach and the nail polish we saw in Target.

I thought the cheerleaders were hysterical! I am bored and waiting for Ken to come home from a business trip. He has been gone for three days and I have been playing like a teenager left alone by her parents for the first time. Clothes all over the floor, dishes in the sink, mail all over the counter. I am the messy one and he is the clean one. Shoes all over the floor don't phase me.I knew he was coming home this morning so last night I did a walk through the house and made sure my lazy times were cleared away. I still can't bring myself to put away the last basket of laundry. Last night I had a slumber party with my 7 year niece at my moms. Disney shows all night long. Even though I had fun living like a lazy teen again I am ready for Ken to be back. Back to being married and picking my shoes up.

I thought after all the quilt postings you guys might like something different to view. I have about 6 to 8 more wishes to post so stay tuned.....

I'm trying something new. I thought I would do a slide show for my wishes to conserve space. If you don't like it let me know in the comments section. I know I said a while ago I might create a second blog for the wishes. I did, but I'm too lazy right now to keep up with two websites. I received 6 wishes yesterday in the mail and if you haven't sent yours yet I would love to get it! I'm up to 27 and I still haven't gotten from my imediate family.

On another note, referrals came out this week for Oct 14 to Oct. 24 2005. Ten days is not that great but since the CCAA was out for Chinese New Year hopefully that was the reason. The age range was 7-12 months.

I am going for my final contact fitting this morning, hopefully it goes better than it has gone the last 3 times.
